Have been expecting this update since the announcement on Apple’s ‘Let’s Rock’ Special Event.
After updating my iPhone, I’ve found that there are several improvements that are worth mentioning.
- 3G signal icon has changed.
- Contacts & SMS access is greatly improved, much faster!
- iPod playlists now shows album & artist name under song name.
- Genius playlist
These are my observations so far. Although disappointing enough that ‘copy & paste’ is still not included in this update. I’m not a developer, so I’m not how things are with the push notification codes that were removed.
Overall, I have found that this update has quite significant improvement in terms of accessing Contacts and SMS. (Which helps a lot already~~~)
